Matthew has been a highly competitive athlete in football, a variety of martial arts, and currently power lifting, since a young age. A professional in the field of aged care and disability support, Matthew strives for equality and high-level training for people of all walks of life. Matthew has also won Tasmania Young Achiever Award for his outstanding work in the Healthier communities sector for the events and specialized training he has built up within Southern Tasmania.
With proven results, Matthew is qualified to train people from the age of 11 to end of life, ensuring the best outcomes for all.
Matthew is currently Powerlifting Australia’s youth manager, as well as a coach for Australia’s international powerlifting team.

Danni is a professional Podiatrist and Powerlifting Australia coach that works from and assist in the daily operation of Raw Strength. Offering a unique view on all things lifting with her allied health care background Danni is a highly valued member of staff.
Danni also coaches on day duties for the higher level athletes on event days.
A competitive Powerlifter and former swimmer Danni is available for all your strength and fitness needs.
Erica is a youths coach and volunteer at our Clarendon Vale facility.
She works on engagement within the community and is the front line for all our members looking at beginning and extending their fitness journey.
Having been a state level soft ball player, and a division 1 soccer player, combined with her power lifting experience, Erica brings a unique diversity to training, incorporating cardio style fitness to resistance training as well as her deep background in nutritional knowledge and athlete engagement.

Jack is a Registered Sports Nutritionist whos aim is to bring to life the best possible results for all of our members.
Jack's focus is on helping you to perform and feel your best, inside and outside the gym. Whether it involves a detailed body re-composition plan, or you want an experienced sports nutritionist to take the reigns and manage your diet leading into an important competitieve event, Jack can help through his multiple different online and one-on-one nutrition plans.
